how do i place an order on melvex?
Placing an order is easy. Browse our collections, select your desired product, choose the size, colour, or other available options, and click Add to Cart. Once you're ready, proceed to checkout, enter your delivery details, select your preferred payment method, and confirm your order. You'll receive an order confirmation shortly after placing your order.
can i change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders as quickly as possible. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible after placing it. We'll do our best to accommodate your request before the order is dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
do you offer cash on delivery (cod)?
Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan. You can also pay online using a credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. Customers who choose advance online payment may also receive special benefits or offers where applicable.
will i receive an order confirmation?
Yes. After successfully placing your order, you'll receive an order confirmation. how do i track my order?

what is your return and exchange policy?
At Melvex, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied with your order, please contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order and provide your order details along with clear photos of the item.
We'll review your request and guide you through the available solution, which may include an exchange, store credit, replacement, or another suitable resolution.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.
my order arrived damaged — what should i do?
We're sorry if your order arrived damaged. Please contact us immediately on WhatsApp and share clear photos of the damaged product and its packaging.
Our team will review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible through a replacement or another appropriate solution. Please keep the original packaging until your issue has been resolved.
